Three Luggie screens showing tasks, task details and task history
01

Replace scattered requests with one shared queue.

Resort transport and luggage work is physical, time-sensitive and shared across a team. The software needs to be quicker to read than a radio exchange and clearer than an informal message thread.

Luggie organizes incoming tasks, ownership, notes and history in a mobile interface built for short, repeated interactions. Staff can see what needs attention; management gets a clearer operational picture.

Staff view

Clear task queue

Filter work by luggage, transport, tasks and service lines.

Ownership

Take responsibility

Claim a task so the team knows who is handling it.

Context

Notes and details

Keep the request, author and timing together in one place.

Overview

Traceable history

Move completed work into a searchable record instead of losing it in chat.

02

A task moves through a simple loop.

The product centers the action staff need next. Supporting details stay close, while completion remains visible to the rest of the operation.

03

Designed for interrupted attention.

Hierarchy

State at a glance

Large labels, simple filters and restrained colour help the task state survive a quick glance.

Action

One primary next step

Accepting or completing work stays visually distinct from secondary actions.

Continuity

Details travel with the task

Notes, author and timestamps reduce the need to reconstruct context.

Accountability

Shared, not anonymous

Ownership makes hand-offs explicit and gives management a reliable overview.

04

A focused prototype for a real operational gap.

Luggie turns an informal service flow into a product model that can be tested, observed and improved.

Value

Less ambiguity

Tasks have an owner, a current state and a history the full team can reference.

Next evidence

Field validation

Add measured results from live resort use, including response time and completion patterns.
